Rachel Tunnicliffe is a Consultant in Gordons' private client department.

Having joined Gordons as a partner (formerly a recognised specialist and Partner in the trust and tax unit at a nationally recognised law firm), Rachel is best known for her sensible advice and strong presence in this area of law.

Rachel specialises in providing tax and succession planning advice to high net worth entrepreneurs and family companies, as well as clients with international asset bases. She provides advice to trustees of significant trusts as well as acting as a trustee herself for various family and charitable trusts.

Most recently Rachel has been working on various strategies to help families pass wealth down the generations in such a way as to minimise family conflicts and dissipation of assets as well as to provide tax efficiency. These strategies have included family investment companies, family constitutions and reorganisation of board structures and shareholders interests. Rachel works closely with accountants, investment managers and financial advisers.

Rachel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
