Katherine is a Partner and Head of Gordons' regulatory department.

Katherine is well placed to advise businesses, directors and professionals on regulatory matters having previously acted as prosecutor for the Department of Trade and Industry, OFSTED & a variety of local authorities.

Katherine specialises in regulatory litigation, in particular fraud, health & safety, environmental and trading standards investigations and prosecutions. She also provides training and due diligence advice to reduce the number, and likelihood, of future incidents.

Katherine has a strong reputation as a trusted source of specialist practical advice in a time of crisis and has had articles published in the local press and a number of national trade publications focusing on corporate manslaughter, unfair trading standards, food safety standards and health and safety rulings.

During the last twelve months Katherine has dealt with a number of significant high profile health and safety matters and successfully represented national retailers following workplace fatalities. She has also represented construction companies pursued by the OFT under bid rigging and Competition Law allegations.
