John Singleton is a Partner in Gordons' commercial litigation department.

John has over 25 years' exsperience specialising in property litigation (predominantly property disputes), landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations claims, disputes over service charges, boundaries, rights of way, nuisance, trespass and related professional negligence claims.

John is an experienced litigator in the areas of commercial disputes as well as acting for clients in trust actions and contested probate matters.

His clients include Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, Grattan plc, Saint Gobain Building Distribution Ltd, Hartley Property Trust and ATC Properties.

John is the partner responsible for dealing with claims against the firm and risk management.
