David Pridmore is a Partner in Gordons' commercial property department.

David joined Gordons in 2003 and has over 18 years' experience in commercial property development.

He has wide ranging experience in giving advice to different types of clients in relation to their property needs.  That includes helping people buying, selling, renting and developing commercial property.  Typical recent deals include the purchase of let property as an investment, the completion of a major HQ office lease, the development of sites for hotel use and the development of sites for retail use.  His style is very approachable, accessible and hands on.

David has particular experience in helping hotel and leisure operators, doctors and others involved in healthcare, those based in the retail sector and developers.
