Philip Paget is a Partner in Gordons' employment law department.
Phil has over 22 years experience, 11 of those with Gordons having joined the firm in 2001 and qualified in 1990.
He has specialised in employment law for most of his years of qualification. He describes himself as a litigator first and foremost and has a strong, established reputation for himself in the field.
Philip’s work covers all aspects of employment law especially large strategic planning and re-structuring exercises, TUPE and outsourcing, senior executive contracts and severance agreements. Specialist areas include restrictive covenants, confidential information, wrongful and unfair dismissal.
A seasoned tribunal advocate, Philip has established a solid reputation for himself in the area, recommended by the Legal 500 and described by clients as “consistently professional”, “confident and re-assuring” and “extremely practical”.
