Anjon Mallik is a Partner in Gordons' construction department specialising in construction and commercial disputes.

Anjon acts for a number of the region's contractors, employers and developers and has particular experience in conducting delay claims, loss and expense actions, defect claims and interim and final account disputes.  When dealing with any issues, Anjon places the highest importance upon his clients' commercial objectives.

Anjon has considerable adjudication experience and has an impressive success rate. He is also an experienced operator in all aspects of TCC litigation and arbitration and has conducted over 30 mediations. Anjon is also a member of the Society of Construction Law.
