Rachel Hudson is a Partner and Head of Gordons' personal injury department. She joined the firm in 1994 as a trainee, becoming a partner in 2001.

Rachel specialises in defendant insurance work in the retail sector. Her in depth knowledge of the retail sector is such that not only does she achieve immediate financial savings for her clients but she also makes recommendations which mitigate her clients' exposure in a wider business sense in the future.

Rachel and her team are the sole representative of Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc in respect of their public and employer liability work. Other clients that Rachel and the team regularly advises include; Congregational & General Insurance plc and Otto Group (which organisation includes Grattan Plc, Freemans Plc and Parcelnet Ltd)

Rachel has a national reputation for her expertise and knowledge of defending high profile personal injury claims across the north of England. The last 12 months have seen Rachel act in a number of high value cases which have been of a particularly sensitive nature as far as clients have been concerned.
