Phil Gregory is a Partner in Gordons' commercial property department and has been since 2007.

He joined the firm in 2001 and is 11 years qualified.

Phil deals with all aspects of commercial property work however specialises in development and large transactional work, acting for many high-profile companies including, Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, the Glen Dimplex Group and Wilton Developments Limited, as well as high net-worth individuals from the region.

He is currently involved in a lot of development work particularly for Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc dealing with their new site acquisitions and store developments. This involves dealing with many large scale complex transactions, site assembly schemes and regeneration projects involving multiple parties.

Phil has a strong working knowledge of all types of commercial property transaction and is very commercial and practical in his approach.
