Frances Davies is a Partner and the Head of Gordons' private client department. Frances joined the firm in 2003 and has over 18 years' experience of advising private clients across the region.

 

Frances provides advice on tax planning and succession strategies for high net worth individuals and trusts. She regularly advises on Will planning and has a particular interest in the creation and variation of trusts as a tool to pass wealth in a protected way to different generations of the family.

 

Frances also acts as an executor and trustee for many clients.  She is described in the UK legal directory Chambers as "measured and thoughtful".

 

Frances is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
