Victoria Davey is a partner and head of the Gordons' regulation, risk and compliance department and a member of the Executive Board.

She undertakes regulatory work on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority ('SRA'), acting as the SRA's agent when it closes down solicitors' practices.  On the SRA's behalf, she also investigates allegations of professional misconduct and claims on the SRA's Compensation Fund.

Victoria is a Panel Solicitor for the SRA and in this role investigates complex or sensitive reports of solicitors' professional misconduct.

Victoria has also undertaken work on behalf of the Serious Organised Crime Agency and regional police authorities and acted as an expert witness.
