Nick Chamberlain is a Partner in Gordons' commercial property department.

Nick has broad experience in all aspects of commercial property work having been with the firm for 16 years after arriving as a trainee in 1996.

For a number of years Nick has managed the team that deals with all secured and unsecured lending in England and Wales for international brewery firm, Molson Coors Brewing Company.  Nick has particular experience acting for charities and not for profit organisations in particular the Bradford Diocesan Board of Finance in respect of ecclesiastical conveyancing.  Other organisations Nick has acted for in this sector include Bradford Trident, Dixons Allerton Academy, University of Bradford as well as a number of charitable organisations.   

Nick also regularly advises Yorkshire Building Society, JCT600 Limited and BASF Limited.

Nick is a Public Notary.
