With over 20 years’ experience, Paul specialises in site acquisitions and development, investment purchases and sales, secured lending, retail office and industrial freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal.
Paul acts for a large number of the region’s high net worth individuals as well as a range of clients from owner-managed businesses to large plcs. His clients include mail order business Grattan, home delivery specialist Hermes, property developers Wharfedale Finance, Skipton Properties and Marrtree, as well as the region’s key banking organisations.
Paul’s recent projects include:
- the purchase, development and sale of the former Ponden Mill and Magnet Sites in Keighley
- the purchase by Skipton Properties of the first residential phase of the redevelopment scheme at Bolton Woods, Bradford
- the acquisition of over one million square feet of distribution space for Hermes as part of the national expansion of their network
Paul is a council member of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce, as well sits on the steering group for the Bradford Property Forum.
