Victoria Davey, Partner

Victoria Davey is a Partner in Gordons' regulation, risk and compliance department and a member of the Executive Board.

Victoria undertakes regulatory work principally on behalf of The Solicitors Regulation Authority ('SRA'), acting as an intervention agent on the SRA's panel. Victoria heads up a team undertaking service and professional conduct investigations on behalf of the Authority and the Legal Complaints Service.

Victoria began carrying out intervention work for The Law Society in December 2000 and she and her team have been appointed in 35 interventions into solicitors' practices throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire and Derbyshire.

Victoria is also a panel solicitor for the SRA and deals with complex and sensitive reports into solicitors' misconduct and the investigation of service complaints.
