Sophie Basso is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate department.
Sophie’s areas of expertise include acquisitions and disposals (of both shares and assets), demergers and management buyouts. She also deals with formations of limited companies, companies limited by guarantee and limited liability partnerships; shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures; partnership agreements and directors responsibilities.
Sophie has recently acted for the shareholders on the sale of Galloway Group Limited to management; the acquisition of 4IT Recruitment Limited based in Leeds by an existing shareholder and the acquisition of Edensure Limited by AIM listed Brulines Group plc.
