Ruth is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial litigation department.
Ruth deals with general commercial litigation and has experience of a broad range of matters such as contractual disputes, recovering debts, professional negligence claims and property litigation.
Ruth has particular experience advising in relation to pre-claim matters and alternative forms of dispute resolution, enabling clients to avoid the costs of lengthy litigation.
Ruth acts for a full range commercial and private clients. Recent significant cases involve resolving a partnership dispute of a business worth £500,000 and taking action in relation to a commercial premises that was sold at an undervalue, worth over £2,000,000.
