Peter Foskett, Partner

Peter Foskett is a Partner in Gordons' family law department.

Peter has a wide experience of all aspects of family law and specialises in high net worth financial settlements on divorce and separation. He receives recommendations from all around the country and is a prominent name in the region. He is described by his peers as a "thoughtful character with significant experience of knotty cases".

He is equally well respected for his technical ability and creative approach to dispute resolution. The majority of his practice is based upon personal recommendation.

Peter is a trained mediator and an active member of resolution. He is frequently asked to present seminars and during the year has presented the Resolution Roadshow to a number of other regions.

He is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and is also the Registrar for the Bradford Diocese.
