Paul Young is a Partner in Gordons' commercial property department and head of the team based at our Bradford office.
Paul is well known in the Bradford property market and specialises in all aspects of commercial property with particular emphasis on banking, leasehold and acquisition & development.
Paul acts for a range of clients from small owner-managed businesses to large plcs. Amongst his clients are some of the city's highest profile companies including mail order business Grattan, property developers Wharfedale Finance and Marrtree, as well as the regions key banking organisations.
Over the past 12 months Paul has advised on a number of high profile and significant deals in Bradford, playing a substantial role in enabling the city's ongoing regeneration.
