Paul Stokey, Partner

Paul Stokey is a Partner in Gordons' employment law department.

Paul has a great deal of experience in all aspects of employment law, and is renowned for his established expertise in advising on the impact of the TUPE 2006 Regulations, where he regularly provides bespoke training as well as other complex areas of employment law.

Paul has advised on the TUPE implications of PFI Projects.

Paul recently provided a "Master Class" workshop on TUPE to a dedicated group of HR advisors, providing step by step guidance and practical understanding on all clients need to know on the issue.
