Melanie Hirst is a Conveyancing Executive in Gordons' residential conveyancing department.
Melanie has over 20 years experience and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing and specialises particularly with Leasehold titles. She handles bulk conveyancing for a National Panel provider which has grown significantly over the last 4 years and now has 7 Fee Earners acting for that particular Panel Client.
Two years ago, she became the preferred panel lawyer for a large Hampshire based Estate Agent which itself has also grown rapidly.
