Louisa Knox, Solicitor
Louisa Knox is a Solicitor in Gordons' contentious wills, trust and probate department.
Louisa works solely in this specialised area of law and deals with all aspects of contentious work including claims concerning the validity or otherwise of wills, claims involving disappointed beneficiaries and actions involving trusts and trustees.
She regularly advises clients referred by banks, accountants, wealth advisors, charities and other law firms who lack the expertise to deal with such work.
Recent cases Louisa has been involved in include challenges by disappointed beneficiaries under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and challenges to the validity of wills based on undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud and forgery.
