Jonathan Asquez, Solicitor
Jonathan Asquez is a Solicitor in Gordons' corporate department.
Jonathan advises on a range of corporate matters, particularly corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and company law compliance. His clients include the Belgian-based United Anodisers group and Leeds-based marketing agency Fuse8.
He regularly works alongside the banking and finance department in advising lenders, including Bank of Ireland and Royal Bank of Scotland.
