John Holden, Partner
John Holden is a Partner and Head of Gordons' corporate department and a member of the Executive Board.
John has many years’ experience specialising in corporate finance work. He deals with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. John and his team have established a reputation for delivering sound commercial judgement and effective transaction management.
John led the firm’s team advising long term client Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc on its merger with Safeway and ongoing integration issues. His other clients include JCT600 plc, Peter Black Holdings and national greetings card retailer Card Factory.
