Joanne Dixon is a Solicitor in Gordons commercial property department.
Joanne deals with all aspects of commercial property and lease transactions and has substantial experience acting for landlords and tenants on acquisitions with particular emphasis in the areas of retail and with portfolio acquisitions.
She is a member of retail@gordons and key clients include variety retailer B&M Retail and outdoor clothing and camping equipment retailer Yeomans. In 2010 Joanne acted on the acquisition of 23 stores from the administration of Woolworths on behalf of B&M Retail who were the first retailer to exchange contracts.
