Joanne Fearnley is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial property department.
Joanne deals with all aspects and types of commercial property transactions and has substantial experience acting for a wide variety of client’s including developers, investors, landlords and tenants on acquisitions and disposals.
She has particular experience in the retail sector, on portfolio acquisitions and on high value acquisitions for development or investment purposes and has a reputation amongst her clients for practical and commercial advice.
Joanne is a member of retail@gordons and is the principal legal advisor on all commercial property matters to rapidly expanding variety retailer B&M Retail. In the last 12 months Joanne has acted on a number of high profile acquisitions for her client's including the time critical acquisition of a portfolio of stores throughout England and Wales from administrators.
