Jayne Smiles, Solicitor

Jayne is a Solicitor in Gordons' construction department.

Jayne specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction and engineering law and provides procurement advice to developers, funders, main contractors, consultants and specialist sub-contractors.

Jayne also handles all forms of construction litigation and advises on alternative dispute resolution.

Jayne's clients come from all areas of the construction industry; she has advised in respect of industrial, commercial, residential, retail and leisure, as well as mixed use schemes.  

Jayne has also developed experience in relation to the management of construction schemes where an LPA Receiver is appointed.
