Graeme Davy, Solicitor
Graeme Davy is a Solicitor in Gordons' commercial litigation department.
He acts for a range of clients from private individuals to large businesses and advises on most areas of commercial dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on property issues, landlord and tenant matters (both commercial and residential), and general contractual and commercial disputes.
Graeme set up Gordons fixed fee residential possession claims service aimed at letting agents, individual landlords and investment companies, helping them to manage their tenants and assisting them in obtaining possession of residential property via court proceedings.
Graeme also provides technical support to Gordons debt recovery team.
