Emma Lowe is a solicitor in Gordons' Commercial Litigation department.
Emma is experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation, but more generally contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder fall outs, defamation and intellectual property claims.
Non-contentious elements of her role include assisting clients with the protection of their intellectual property including the registration of Trade Marks, Designs and Patents.
Emma’s clients range from private individuals and small family businesses to high profile, regional and national based companies.
