Duncan advises on the full range of commercial and corporate matters, acting for a wide range of clients including owner-managed businesses, partnerships and Plcs.
In particular, his expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, company purchases of own shares, joint ventures, company incorporation and formation, commercial contracts and standard terms and conditions of business.
Duncan also has experience in relation to non-contentious employment and intellectual property matters.
