Duncan Brockway is a Solicitor in Gordons' personal injury department.

An experienced Defendant Personal Injury lawyer, specialising primarily in Employers and Public Liability work, Duncan combines technical skill with a pragmatic approach.

Duncan has particular experience in managing accounts for high profile, self-insured corporations with whom he works closely to minimise their exposure to personal injury claims, limiting cost and publicity wherever possible.

He also has considerable experience of advocacy in the Coroners' Courts, including several difficult jury cases where verdicts of unlawful killing were proposed.
