David Pridmore is a Partner in Gordons' commercial property department.
David deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including development, landlord and tenant and funding issues.
David regularly acts for a range of key developers and commercial property agents in the region, including; CentreIsland, the Pullan Group of Companies, the GMI Group, LF Europe Limited and Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc.
Significant deals that David has been involved in recently include:
- acting for the operator on the acquisition, development and funding of a new Crowne Plaza Hotel in Manchester and separately on the acquisition, development and funding of a new Holiday Inn Express scheme in Manchester
- the acquisition of new London headquarters office building
- the investment acquisition of an industrial estate
- the acquisition and development of land in Huddersfield for new College facilities
- acting for doctors' partnerships in entering into agreements for lease and leases to enable their relocation into medical centres newly built by the private sector
