David Butterfield, Consultant
David Butterfield is a Consultant in Gordons' residential conveyancing department. David joined Gordons as a result of the takeover of David Yablons where he was a Partner for 27 years.
David is well known in the Bradford property market and has over 30 years experience. He specialises in residential and commercial property acting for a number of property investors and builders / developers.
Amongst David's main clients is Blackshaw Holdings Limited, one of the largest residential and commercial private property groups operating in the region, Mandale Group, Britannia Developments, Orion Homes, AQH Aspasia, and a number of smaller local builders.
