New solicitor expands Gordons contentious probate team

Leeds and Bradford law firm Gordons has further expanded its contentious wills, trust and probate department with the appointment of solicitor, Amy Croxford.

Amy joins from Sheffield law firm Bell & Buxton where she spent eight months in the private client and contentious probate department. Whilst there Amy dealt with claims in respect of invalid wills, inheritance disputes and the removal of executors.

Speaking about her appointment, Amy said: “Gordons is a progressive law firm with a great reputation for both its private client and dispute resolution work. I am very pleased to be joining a specialist team renowned for providing practical, results-driven advice and I am looking forward to playing my part in its continued expansion.”

Gordons is one of a handful of law firm’s in the North of England which has a dedicated contentious wills, trusts and probate department providing services to private individuals, estates, trustees and charities.
