Our specialist planning team provides advice on all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase. We act for corporate and individual landowners and developers.

We have huge experience of negotiating conditions on planning permissions, S106 planning obligations and highway and related statutory agreements in a way which minimises the burden on our clients.

On the contentious side we have a proven track record in securing the withdrawal of enforcement notices and their quashing on appeal.

Judicial review proceedings are a particular speciality of ours.  We’ve handled 10 cases since 2012 alone, covering Superstore development, Grouse moor management and even the burial of King Richard III.
