Gordons takes on six trainee solicitors each year.  This means you benefit from, close supervision and the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers.  We expect our trainees to get involved in client work straight away and to make valuable contributions to the firm and our success.

Gordons’ trainees can expect comprehensive training and the support of the whole firm throughout the 2 year programme.

There is always fierce competition for our training places.  Although we do look for academic acheivement we also place strong emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for people with the right attitude and personality to forge a career with us".
