The Equality Bill aims to advance equality, bolster existing protection to certain groups and to simplify areas of the law.  It will include a ban on secrecy clauses in relation to pay and provide for "positive discrimination" in some cases.  This briefing will outline the important changes contained within the Bill and how this may impact on your workforce.
